Police say they were dispatched to an area in the 400 block of Eastern Avenue near 62nd place in Seat Pleasant at around 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday. That’s where they say they found the body of a black man lying unresponsive in the parking lot. A gunshot wound to the body was apparent.
